bespoke corporate wellness initiatives to support your employees. 

 

Our three pillars of wellbeing programmes provide opportunity to support

your employees to build a toolkit of sustainable lasting habits and

provide preventative treatments.   

 

We offer sessions that can be delivered both in person, or virtually online

MENTAL HEALTH 

Mindfulness has been shown to be very effective in reducing stress and anxiety linked to mental health as well as having a wide-range of documented benefits valuable to employees.

 

Mindfulness training for companies is an investment in reducing the costs of  absenteeism associated with stress-related conditions.

Our signature sessions combine meditation and breathing for a powerful stress release

NUTRITION 

Eating well in the workplace can have a significant impact on overall health and well-being.

 

Nutritious foods can improve concentration and cognitive function, boosting an employee’s workplace performance.

Our Nutrition sessions aim to empower employees to help them transform and optimise their health, energy  and productivity.

Dance Class

MOVEMENT 

Physical movement increases positive wellbeing, confidence and reduces stress and emotional exhaustion.

In 2013, a study showed that regardless of age, people experience “immediate benefits” for cognition following “a single bout of moderate exercise”

We offer a range of different movement classes from yoga and pilates class to help with tight muscles or a stressed mind or endorphin boosting Hiit or Strength and conditioning classes.
